Simply attach the boom arm to the top of the 6m telescopic pole in place of the finial to allow the drape flag to remain in view without requiring a wind to display fully. The bar spins in the wind creating movement.  
The kit consists of replacement head piece, 1m (can be cut to size) aluminium arm, flag weight and instructions. 
N.B. Flags/poles not included - sold separately.
