ORDERS AND DELIVERY
We aim to pack and dispatch all Ex-Stock orders the same or next day Monday to Friday. Orders received after 3 PM on Friday will be assembled on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it falls on a Bank Holiday). UK Small parcels shipped via Royal Mail - UK Large parcels shipped via DHL.
Next-day delivery means next working day (Monday to Friday) and orders must be booked prior to 1 PM on the day of leaving to ensure delivery. If ordering after 1 PM on a next-day service please call first. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but cost a minimum of £25 so please contact prior to ordering.
Flagpoles are normally supplied to UK addresses only. They can be supplied outside UK using DHL, but please contact us prior to ordering to establish the cost of this service.
International Shipping via International Mail, Fedex/TNT or UPS.
Any orders sent to customers with addresses outside the United Kingdom will not be charged any tax by us. Instead, any relevant Import duties and/or local taxes may be collected when your parcel(s) are delivered by the courier. In some circumstances, the courier will contact you via email with a payment link. Once payment has been made, goods will then be released to you. Flags4sale is not responsible for these charges as we only charge the transportation cost for the shipments by the courier, so we strongly advise that you check your country's rules of import and classification to determine what tax you may be expected to pay when importing goods from the United Kingdom. Goods delivered to business addresses outside the U.K. will need to provide a EORI or VAT number.
Special Orders for Custom-Printed or Hand-Made products are usually produced in 5-15 WORKING days, so if you need delivery by a certain date you must contact us prior to ordering, to be sure we can meet the deadline. We always obtain Artwork Approval prior to production of all Custom-Printed Flags, Bunting and Banners. Pick 'n mix Bunting takes 2-3 days depending on our workload.
Returned goods only accepted by prior arrangement.
Please read the "taking care of your flag" section under Fabric Information to be sure your purchase last longer.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and obtain a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Products can be returned at the purchaser's cost within 30 days from the date of purchase, but after 30 days NO returns can be accepted. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. All returns will be fully inspected upon receipt, prior to refund. Returned goods only be accepted by prior arrangement. Please retain your receipt.

Whilst every effort is made to give accurate delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for excess delivery times caused by postal disputes, Bank Holidays etc.
DAMAGED GOODS - IN TRANSIT
Every Order is carefully wrapped, but any goods damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately upon receipt, and signed for as "received damaged".
OUT OF STOCK
In the event of goods being "Out of Stock" when ordering, you will be notified and advised of delivery date, with the opportunity to cancel your Order and receive a full refund if unacceptable.
