Thin Blue Line flags show support for all police internationally. In the wake of controversies over police shootings and fallen officers, the Thin Blue Line Flag has become popular among law enforcement personnel, their families and supporters, as a symbol of unity and family. In addition to the police, other Public Service branches have adopted thin line colors of their own, including the thin red line flag of the fire department, the thin green line flag for ambulance departments, the orange thin line representing search & rescue personal and the thin yellow line flag for all UK security and border patrols.
